Well, that’s correct! Your favorite Bamboo Cafe is opening to public on the 1st of November 2011. Carry on the same Eastern-traditional-wilderness-bamboo style, we maintain our pleasure to serve you not only our best Vietnamese dishes but also our enthusiasm in making them LOW-CALORY & LOW-FAT, but also very FLAVORFUL!

Our restaurant is located in the beautiful city of Simi Valley. The restaurant is designed in such a way that it will give you a refreshing and green feeling while you are having our famous Spring Rolls, or a warm and little sweaty while having our best Pho noodle bowls. Important to note that our kitchen facilities were purchased brand new from well known companies around the States to fully comply with the Restaurant Safety, Food Hygiene, and Restaurant Health requirements!
